we [snig, gigi] have just eaves dropped on a phone conversation about flat screen tvs over couscous. I [gigi] cooked the couscous. I should have put in more garlic. this is how it went.
one box instant couscous
one half flavor packet
heavy sprinkling of basil
heavy sprinkling black pepper
one shmeck pressed garlic
some diced bell peper
some diced string beans
some cubed tofu
one and a quarter cup water
two tea spoons olive oil
greens
combine water, olive oil, black peper, basil, and garlic in a medium pot. bring to a boil. stir in couscous and remove from heat. add remaining ingredients minus the greens. let sit for five minutes.
spread greens on a plate. heap the couscous on top. serves two reasonable hungry sorts.
heheheh. I can't give more exact mesurments, but do what you think is good. and add salt.

Eaves dropping is always fun. You could probably persue a carrer as a spy, but Idk how good yall are with technology, or Kung-Fu. So maybe that carrer options out. or maybe not...
